Lancaster Court Hotel
|
The concept of a "genuine British hotel" was prompted by the front wall of the former office
building of a textile mill which was picked for reconstruction by the investor. Amaranta
redesigned, refurbished and decorated the future lodging facility to craft a hotel with maximum
income-generating capability and signature aesthetics.
Guest rooms, dining, recreation areas, production and back-office areas were equipped with
the hardware and properly set up to yield maximum operating efficiency despite physical and zoning
limitations. Amaranta's suppliers provided Lancaster Court Hotel with designer furniture, textiles,
and other decoration items in line with the general artistic concept and within the investment budget.
To turn all that into a living entity, the hired staff was trained on the job at other Amaranta-run
facilities basis proven operating principles and procedures.
